Check-in time is from 15:00  and check-out time is until 11.00.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may include an additional charge. Valid identification is required upon check-in.

Any additional guest, extra bed, or special request should be confirmed with our team in advance and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Children Policy

Amber Lombok Beach Resort is designed as a peaceful beachfront retreat. To maintain the comfort and safety of all guests, we welcome children aged 11 years old and above.

Children aged 10 years old and below are not permitted for stays or as outside guests.

Confirmed bookings made before the policy update will be honored according to the original booking arrangement.

Outside Guest Policy

Outside guests are welcome to visit Bayside Lounge during restaurant operating hours.

All outside guests are kindly requested to follow the resort’s atmosphere, privacy, and safety guidelines.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Cancellation, payment, refund, and no-show policies may vary depending on the selected rate plan, booking channel, and promotion.

Please refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable terms and conditions. For direct bookings, our team will be happy to assist with the details.

Mukti Wellness Policy

Mukti Wellness is available daily by appointment.

Kindly book in advance to secure your preferred time. Guests are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before the treatment begins to allow a calm and comfortable start.

Please inform our team of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or special concerns before your treatment. Late arrival may reduce the treatment duration to avoid delaying the next guest.

Cancellation or rescheduling should be made in advance. Late cancellation or no-show may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Yoga Shala Guidelines

Our Yoga Shala is a safe and inclusive space for all. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes before class begins.

Yoga mats provided by the resort. Guests are kindly requested to keep the space calm, clean, and respectful for everyone.

Class schedules may change depending on availability, weather, or operational needs.

Pool & Beach Guidelines

The swimming pool and beach area are provided for the comfort of in-house guests. Please use all facilities responsibly and follow any guidance from our team.

Amber is located by a public beach. Please note that this is not a private beach, and the resort does not have a lifeguard on duty.

For your safety, we encourage guests to swim only in the designated safe zones near the shore and to always be mindful of the tide, waves, and weather conditions.

Guests are solely responsible for their own safety while swimming in the ocean or using the beach area.

Sunbeds are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Personal belongings should not be left unattended for a long period of time.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or enclosed public areas.

Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas or on the room balcony, where applicable. Please use the ashtray provided and avoid disturbing other guests.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed inside guest rooms, restaurant areas, pool areas, or other resort facilities, unless approved by the resort management.

Guests are kindly requested not to feed or disturb animals around the property.

Drone Policy

For the privacy, safety, and comfort of all guests, drone use is not permitted within the resort area without prior written approval from the management.

Approved drone activity must follow local regulations, respect guest privacy, and avoid flying above rooms, villas, restaurants, pool areas, or crowded spaces.

Damage & Lost Items

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage caused during their stay. Additional charges may apply.

Amber Lombok Beach Resort is not responsible for unattended personal belongings. Please keep valuables secured in your room safe or contact our team for assistance.

General Resort Etiquette

Amber is a peaceful beachfront resort. We kindly ask all guests to respect the calm atmosphere of the property, other guests’ privacy, and the surrounding environment.
